Brothers Bakery & Cafe

Brothers Bakery is owned and operated by Ryan Lecompte Malamud. Ryan is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with degrees in both The Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts.

Ryan’s training and passion has resulted in an Oasis of great Bread, Pastries, Cakes, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, and Daily Specials.

All of Brothers Bakery breads and pastries are made from scratch, by hand, using the finest and freshest ingredients and time honored technique.

Brothers Bakery’s artisan breads, wedding cakes and pastries are served in many of the area’s finest restaurants including Café 909, Patton's on Main, The Horseshoe Bay Marriott, The Yacht Club, Cap rock, Silver K Cafe in Johnson City, Barton Creek Lakeside, and The Bottle Shop, among others.

Brothers Bakery offers a variety of box lunches, and pastry, bread and party trays, perfect for office & staff meetings, special occasions, and a great lunch! You can phone or fax your box lunch order in ahead of time, and we’ll have it ready for a convenient pickup.
